I remember having a particularly bad flare up of social anxiety. It got so bad, I became agoraphobic. This wasn't good timing as I was getting married in a matter of months. We didn't have time to wait for the system to help (If it even could!) I was very fortunate that I was able to access a private psychiatrist for help and it was through him, that I discovered a type of sound therapy that rewired certain learned nervous system responses. It worked and I've never had such difficulties with social anxiety since. If I had known about this therapeutic approach before, it would have saved years of suffering, missing out, and an enormous sum of money.

Anna is the host of The Other Path in Mind podcast, founder of the #SeriouslySelfEmpowered movement and a mental wellbeing coach who has taught and helped hundreds through her work.
After her own experiences with mental health in the last 20 years, Anna has dedicated herself to helping others self-manage and self-heal on their own mental health journeys, helping them reach sustainable wellbeing. Offering a clear roadmap to self-empowered mental wellbeing, Anna seamlessly weaves together mental wellbeing tools, coaching and accessible spirituality.

Anna's work is for those who are looking to become as autonomous and self-sufficient in managing their mental wellbeing as possible, drawing on a large range of scientifically-backed skills and coping strategies, whilst advocating the importance of spirituality in mental wellbeing too.
